The Meadville Tribune publishes a letter by Wendell W. Young IV, who writes, "The recent complaints from representatives of the distilled spirits industry (“Liquor system changes could lead to markups,” Nov. 22) about the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board’s new flexible pricing policy show the true concerns of those industry members: themselves."

There is nothing that prevents the PLCB from overcharging or hoarding. No Oversight, no reporting to the public. Read ACT 39 and see for yourself.
